आमच्या वधु-वर सूचक वेबसाइटवर आपले स्वागत आहे. नोंदणी करून, आपण खालील नियम आणि अटी मान्य करत आहात. कृपया काळजीपूर्वक वाचा.

1. Eligibility / पात्रता

  • English: You must be at least 18 years old for women and 21 years old for men to register on this site. You must be legally competent to marry as per Indian laws.
  • मराठी: या वेबसाइटवर नोंदणी करण्यासाठी मुलीचे वय १८ वर्षे आणि मुलाचे वय २१ वर्षे पूर्ण असणे अनिवार्य आहे. तसेच, भारतीय कायद्यानुसार आपण लग्नासाठी पात्र असणे आवश्यक आहे.

2. Accuracy & Verification / माहितीची सत्यता

  • English: The website owner does not verify the authenticity of the information provided by users (such as job, salary, education, or family background). It is the sole responsibility of the user/parents to verify the details personally before fixing the marriage. We are not liable for any false information provided by members.
  • मराठी: वेबसाइटवर दिलेली माहिती (नोकरी, पगार, शिक्षण, किंवा कौटुंबिक माहिती) सभासदांनी स्वतः भरलेली असते. वेबसाइट मालक या माहितीची सत्यता तपासत नाही. लग्न ठरवण्यापूर्वी सर्व माहितीची खात्री वैयक्तिकरित्या करून घेणे ही पूर्णपणे पालकांची व उमेदवारांची जबाबदारी राहील. सभासदाने चुकीची माहिती दिल्यास वेबसाइट प्रशासन जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

3. Privacy & Data Publishing / माहिती प्रसिद्ध करणे

  • English: By registering, you give full consent to publish your name, photo, contact details, and family information on this website. This information will be visible to other paid/registered members.
  • मराठी: नोंदणी करून, आपण आपले नाव, फोटो, संपर्क क्रमांक आणि कौटुंबिक माहिती या वेबसाइटवर प्रसिद्ध करण्यास संमती देत आहात. ही माहिती इतर नोंदणीकृत सदस्यांना दिसू शकेल.

4. Payment Policy / फी आणि परतावा

  • English: The registration fee paid is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances. Even if you do not find a suitable match or decide to delete your profile, the fee will not be returned.
  • मराठी: भरलेली नोंदणी फी कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत परत मिळणार नाही (Non-Refundable). तसेच ती फी दुसऱ्या कोणत्याही खात्यावर वर्ग केली जाणार नाही. तुम्हाला अनुरूप जोडीदार मिळाला नाही किंवा तुम्ही प्रोफाइल डिलीट केले तरीही पैसे परत मिळणार नाहीत.

5. User Conduct / वागणूक आणि नियम

  • English: Users must not use abusive language or harass other members. If any misuse is found, the admin reserves the right to delete the profile immediately without a refund.
  • मराठी: सदस्यांनी इतर सदस्यांशी संवाद साधताना सभ्य भाषेचा वापर करावा. कोणत्याही प्रकारची गैरवर्तणूक आढळल्यास, ॲडमिनला प्रोफाइल त्वरित रद्द करण्याचा अधिकार आहे.

6. Limitation of Liability / जबाबदारी

  • English: This website is only a platform to connect people. We are not responsible for any disputes, marital issues, or conflicts that occur before or after marriage.
  • मराठी: ही वेबसाइट फक्त लोकांना जोडण्याचे माध्यम आहे. लग्नानंतर किंवा लग्नाआधी होणाऱ्या कोणत्याही वाद-विवादासाठी किंवा समस्यांसाठी वेबसाइट प्रशासन जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
